I must admit that when I first heard of this show I told everyone that it would be complete and utter crap.

I am man enough to admit it now... I was wrong. I really enjoy Kitchen Nightmares and I really like Gordon Ramsay and I find that his passion and zest for life inspiring.

In order to appreciate Gordon Ramsay properly you need to understand a few things about his personality. First, if people do not show a desire or love for what they do... he has no time for them. Heaven forbid if they are incompetent to boot... because he will give them a piece of his mind. Yes Gordon Ramsay swears alot. Yes he is confrontational but you can clearly see the man also desires to help people and enjoys live to the fullest.

Gordon has one heck of a sense of humour. On almost every episode of Kitchen Nightmares you will see his quick wit on display.

Gordon has a great head for business. I watch the show and find things that cross over nicely with my store. I admit that my line of work is completely different but many of the leasons he teaches crosses over. The big ones are "Teamwork", "Organization" and "Desire".

Watch a few episodes. Really give it a chance and I think you will be surprised at how entertaining Kitchen Nightmares and Gordon Ramsay are!
