Get serious? You didn't even give us your favorites....
Develop an opinion... even if you have to steal it from someone else, and then make your criticism.
At least then you have a right to vote.... just like politics man... you don't vote you can’t complain. Simple as that. |

This post doesn't deserve a response, all these bands were posted to tock people off, I can't truly believe that this is a true list.
so when someone post the 3 bands they REALLY think are the best i'll post.

I choose Nirvana because they created a new revolution in the music scene with their original hard edged sound. Everything at that time sounded the same with cheesy hair band rock. The music industry was becoming stail and tasteless with Poison, Warrant, Def Leppard, and Great White singing the same crap over and over again. Nirvana stealthed their way in and gradually erupted, like a volcano, onto the music scene giving other unknown talented bands to surface and join the mainstream killing off glamrock and pop for awhile. Nirvana paved the way for amazing bands like The Smashing Pumpkins, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Mudhoney, The Screaming Trees. Alot of these bands have been around, but Nirvana kicked the gates of repetative radio friendly trash down letting new starving monster bands to rape and pillage the music world and cause chaos and confusion. That's what music, and kids needed at the time and they sure as hell got it. Thank you Nirvana.

If you are posting based on personal oppinion or taste then anything goes. It could be any band under the sun and who could argue. I however am going to put a band out there as the Greatest band of all time that I can't stand, actually you could say that i hate them. The Rolling Stones!
Formed in 1962 - thats 43 years and counting!!!!!
They are the highest earning rock band in history. Their concerts have grossed over $750 million.
21 albums, 7 live albums, 17 compilations!
Who know how many hit singles.
All of this adds up to what must be considered the greatest band of all time, and i can' t even stand them

| The Beatles created happy pop favourites at first. They had many #1 hits like I want to hold your hand, Love me do, Help, Penny Lane, Paperback writer. The list goes on. I chose The Beatles at #2 because they also defined a generation through music during the 60's. Fans would go ballistic when they saw them boarding off and on planes, concerts, on T.V. The Beatles caused chaos everywhere they went. With their catchy songs at the beginning they were great, but soon the Fab Four would go places in music history no one has gone before. The Beatles revoltionized the music industry with their brilliant album 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'. At the time their was nothing else like it. It's the best The Beatles did as pop stars, pioneers, and musicians. 1967 Sgt. Pepper changed and opened new doors for experimental music. They become legends and a huge influence in even todays music scene. The Beatles music will never die. |

I know that this is supposed to be three choices but once you put these two together, who else could you get?
RollingStones Though I do not listen to them personally and I really do not want to share the same opinion as Mr. Potatoe Head , but you have to agree that he is right about this one!
The Beatles Anyone who would argue that The Beatles were not one of the greatest bands in history, whether you liked them or not, should go see a doctor to get their heads surgically removed from their A$%.
peace out brother |

Yes they are Swing. At least Korn's earlier works were awesome compared to their new stuff. They still rock...sometimes.

| Yup I'd have to agree they're earlier stuff is way better. Back when there whole disc kicked butt versus nowadays few songs on a disc. |
