Has anyone listened to Linkin Park's latest album Minutes to Midnight yet? I purchased it a couple of days back and I am really enjoying it so far. Minutes to Midnight is similar to Meteora in that they mix in slow and fast paced music.

I think I liked Meteora a little bit more but Minutes to Midnight is still a good album which I am enjoying more and more as I listen to it. It is one of those albums that just keeps growing on me...

There are a couple of songs that use mature language so I would suggest that you don't play it around your children, or other language sensitive people. If you like good guitar rhythms, excellent tempo then there are a few songs on Minutes to Midnight that you are going to like.

Linkin Park's Minutes to Midnight Album:
"Wake" – 1:40
"Given Up" – 3:09 <-- Good powerful song. Excellent rhythm
"Leave Out All the Rest" – 3:29
"Bleed It Out" – 2:44 <-- Also like the power of this song
"Shadow of the Day" – 4:49
"What I've Done" – 3:22 <-- This is a slow song that has really grown on me
"Hands Held High" – 3:53
"No More Sorrow" – 3:41 <-- This song ROCKS!
"Valentine's Day" – 3:16
"In Between" – 3:16 <-- Pretty cool song
"In Pieces" – 3:38 <-- This song is slower... but well written.
"The Little Things Give You Away" – 6:23

i gotta say im pretty disappointed. whats it been 3 or 4 years, and this is the best that they could come up with?!?!?

they have gone away from what has made them famous in the first place. heavy beats, singing mixed with very good rap. this CD is very mellow, hardly any rap and the lyrics arent that great actually.

their first 2 CDs are much better and Fort Minor CD is awesome.

i expected much more

I didn't have any expectations for Minutes to Midnight so I enjoyed it. I agree that it isn't one of their better albums but I still think it is decent.... infact, I am still listening to it today and I haven't got bored of it yet.
