The Island stars Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson. The Island is directed by Micheal Bay (Pearl Harbor, Bad Boys II). The film is set in the mid-21 century where Ewan and Scarlett are in search for answers after finding out they are clones produced for parts for their counterparts. Sounds interesting enough plus the Trailer for The Island captivates the starved eyecandy moviegoer to the point to drive one crazy. Looking forward to seeing Scarlett and Ewan work together.

I saw the trailer for The Island and it looks good. Not sure if I will go to the theater to see this one or not, but I will watch it when it comes out on dvd for sure.

Scarlett Johansson is an up and coming actress who I think will have a great career in holywood. She has a classic beauty like a Grace Kelly which will appeal to casting directors everywhere. She is beautiful.... and she can act... what a combination.

Ewan McGregor is a talented actor as well. The girls really seem to find him good looking so it should be a could pairing. Hopefully he has some chemistry with Scarlett.

Micheal Bay movies tend to be fast paced and full of action. His eye for a quality scene is almost perfect. His ability to fill the audiences eye with interesting scenery between action sequences is excellent.

I expect the Island to be a decent film.
