Well I rented Hitch.... I feel dirty. But you know what? It was funny. It had a classic movie theme where you have the nerdy but loveable guy who falls in love with the rich, out of his league, extremely popular women who has no idea he is alive. Hitch the love doctor sets out to help the helpless dude who is constantly spilling mustard, coffee or various other things on himself attract the attention of his lady love. It’s a tall order. One that on the surface seems entirely improbable... if not impossible.

Will Smith as always stands out in this cast, demonstrating his ability to not only entertain us but make us laugh.

The beautiful and talented Eva Mendes played Will Smith's love interest in this movie. She played her part of a career oriented journalist who has no desire to fall in love to a T. The fact she is gorgeous doesn't hurt that’s for sure.

Kevin James plays the part of Albert the love struck smuck. Kevin James makes a good transition from TV where he played the part Doug Heffernan on The King of Queens with co star Leah Remini. I think you will find Kevin starring in a number of movies in the next little while. I think he has the talent to go a long way.

Amber Valletta Plays Allegra Cole the rich unattainable rich women. I don't know why but all the way through this movie I kept seeing Cameron Diaz when she was in the MASK. I remember her from What Lies Beneath but I think she is primarily a model. She played her part well but she was definitely the weak member of this cast.

Overall I would say this movie is worth watching if you want to have a good time. It’s funny. Take your girlfriend, she can watch Will Smith and you can watch Eva Mendes... and be entertained at the same time!
